Tennille studied a bachelor of health science in Melbourne Australia. She moved into management of medical practices in Melbourne and quickly developed a keen sense of business management. Tennille like most Ausralian's went to Eupore to travel and relocated to Geneve to work for a fantastic family with a lovely special needs boy where she realised there was a desperate need for a reliable and efficient nanny agency who understood the real needs of the children and what families were really looking for. Tennille then moved back into the corporate medical environment in europe and the UK to further develop her business management skills .
